Leak repair
Wall and Slab Leak Detection and Repair
Hidden leaks inside walls and under the slab located and repaired with the least demolition possible.
Call now (352) 720-2311A slab leak does not announce itself. It shows up as a warm spot on the floor, a water bill that jumped for no reason, or the sound of running water when nothing is on.
Finding the leak is most of the job. We locate it first, then repair it with the smallest opening the repair allows, whether that means a spot repair, a reroute or a larger conversation about repiping.

Questions we get asked
Can you find the leak without tearing up my floor?
Locating the leak comes first, and it is done before anything is opened up. Some access is needed to make the actual repair, but the point of locating it properly is to keep that opening small.
Is a repair or a repipe the better call?
One isolated leak in otherwise good pipe is usually a repair. Repeat leaks in the same system usually means the pipe is the problem, and a repipe stops the cycle.
Should I shut the water off?
If water is actively running and you can reach the main shutoff, yes. Then call us.
