Softener or filtration, what is the difference?
A softener targets hardness minerals. Filtration targets things like sediment, chlorine taste and odor. Plenty of homes benefit from both, and they are often installed together.
Where does the system go?
Usually the garage or an exterior wall near where the main supply enters. We pick the spot with you based on access to a drain and power.
Can you replace a softener another company installed?
Yes. Replacing an existing unit is a common call.
